Daily Duties at City Of Salina:
Responsible for creating billing schedules and producing water bills for approx. 20,000 water accounts monthly. Manage billing software (AS400 system) and ancillary payment systems. Handle difficult customer calls and inquiries. Hire, supervise and train customer account representatives. Prepare financial reports including reconciliation. Oversee collection of customer payments.
