Daily Duties at Ready Care Industries:
Accountable for managing sales, overseeing and giving direction to Marketing and Human Resources for a $25 million company employing 100+ people. Provide leadership and direction for a team of 20+ salespeople across the US, including field reps and inside sales. Responsible for training, researching new opportunities, and up selling/cross-selling accounts. Managed a sales and marketing budget of over $3 million.
