Daily Duties at Manpower Group:
Lead a team of operations professionals including a data integrity specialists and collections administrator. Responsible for a fluctuating portfolio of 30-50 national/global accounts and the SOX compliance, billing distribution, and reporting for all assigned accounts. Lead team in achieving company-set levels for billing transaction errors and day sales outstanding targets. Liaise to Manpower Franchise Owners concerning their account operations and past due receivables to achieve mutual success and the ability for parent ManpowerGroup to collect franchise fees quarterly in a timely fashion.
