Daily Duties at Twd & Associates:
Managed all TWD’s servers. Built, configured, installed and deployed any new/replacement servers to support the ongoing or new requirements of TWD’s LAN and remote users and clients. Provided network security analysis and recommendations of improvements. Provided management of maintenance, installation, evaluation, and testing related to the daily operation of the TWD Local Area Network and Nortel VoIP telephone system connecting TWD’s offices and remote users in conjunction with the rest of TWD’s IT staff. Provided management and configuration of Blackberries used by TWD employees and connected to TWD’s Blackberry Enterprise Server. Conducted the research, planning, installation, configuration, testing and evaluation of new and upgraded software/hardware for introduction into the TWD LAN. Performed troubleshooting and corrects problems with the TWD file servers, firewalls, routers, network operating systems and email systems. Monitored incoming/outgoing Internet traffic for unauthorized access/intrusion and inappropriate usage and takes appropriate corrective action.
