Daily Duties at Global Water Partners:

Describe and lead the execution of objectives, policies, and activities within the company to run seamless working operations. Conduct interviews, shortlist, and hires new staff members as well as arrange training programs for new employees to increase their knowledge about company and working principles. Formulate budget plans and approve from BOD to take further decision. Review financial statements and sales reports to evaluate progress of employs and find weak areas. Check activities expenses, budgets, and government statutes reports as well as present to BOD in meetings for discussing issues and performance improving strategies. • Recommended effective strategies to Global Water Partners for starting operations in three countries on two continents as well as organized promotional campaigns and secured funds. • Improved health standards of 1M peoples by value-addition in health and hygiene components to project. • Guided and delivered recommendations on locations for new facilities, remodeling, and renovation of existing facilities in project. • Accomplished 52 water projects per year within defined budget and strict timeline.
