Daily Duties at Cobra Metal Works:
Oversee the Quality System as the TS16949 Coordinator and lead annual surveillance audits. Analyze current quality system to ensure it is consistent with the Company’s standards and customer specific requirements, assist Engineering/Manufacturing with improving the processing of product through the use of quality tools, and reduce scrap and re-work. Contribute to continuous process improvement by understanding the concepts of the process, process variation, and waste identification. Assist with PPAP documentation and investigating customer complaints.
