Daily Duties at Abbott Laboratories:

•Liaise to MSP Program Management Office on behalf of Abbott for all contractual, strategic, and operational matters. •Lead integration of acquired organization into Abbott Contingent Labor program; support hyper care of business in transition •Define and implement process improvements for full cycle sourcing and on-boarding of all contingent workers. •Promote contract labor programs to internal stakeholders to drive program adoption and compliance. •Resolve complex issues through engagement of interdepartmental task forces maintaining HCM &VMS systems. •Engage program stakeholders across global organization to drive program consistency and alignment of objectives. •Participate in quarterly program partnership reviews to assess program success and opportunities for improvement. •Partner with client to deliver focused internal program communications and online training for end users. •Oversee outsourced spending totaling over $300 million globally. •Audit program documentation to ensure SOP’s are up to date. •Vet prospective suppliers prior to engaging MSP for enrollment in program. •Monitor MSP KPI’s to ensure vendors and MSP meeting all contractual terms and conditions.
