Completed audits of claim processes for validation and researched information as necessary to validate any contested documents submitted with claim information. Maintained a strong understanding of FHA and VA loans; Fannie Mae; and mortgage insurance policies. Title Grader/Advocate Reviewed titles to determine actions needed to pass clarity guidelines. Verified that all required documentation was properly completed by borrowers. Ordered titles and also verified that each deed of trust document contained an appropriate APN number. Achieved a perfect 100% quality score, which was 16% above the company average. Loan Modification Processor Analyzed loans including from FNMA, FHLMC, SFO, HFI (HAMP, NON-HAMP), FHA, VA and the U.S. Department of Justice, including completing loan documentation for modifications. Reviewed and validated the loan file for accuracy, and ensured deficiencies were appropriately addressed and resolved prior to submittal to underwriting staff.
