Daily Duties at P&P Llc:
Lead a team of five administrative staff to complete high-quality work on schedule. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders in person and via email. Showcase strong leadership skills to oversee a high-volume amount of wire transactions on a daily basis. Submit wires to the warehouse bank, including resolving any problems. Assist Title personnel with completing balances based on provided wire breakdown. Demonstrate competency with a variety of banking and WLS systems.
