Responsible for creating a supportive, profitable and collaborative office and running a profitable office with a positive culture. Transferred to this office from my leadership in our Newington Office, bringing two separate teams together as one in new office space. Began with18 agents and grew this team to 55 agents by July 2018. Developed this office growth to a profitable margin in 12 months and moved this office to #1 market share in 2016. Located in a middle to upper market demographic sector with a price point of $200,000 to $2.5 million on average and is a full service real estate office. Key factors: Recruiting talented agents, agent retention, team building, budgeting, billing and expenses, transaction expertise, agent business development, one/one and group coaching, office training, teaching successful negotiation skills, presentation skills, customer service relationships, office meeting effectiveness and training sessions as well as providing mentoring/coaching groups. Our office was heavily involved in local community projects; my responsibility was also supporting Company and Corporate missions as well as fundraising for our company charity The Sunshine Kids (thesunshinekids.org). Performance metrics: GCI%, Company Dollar %, Units Sold, Agent Recruiting, Closed Market Share, utilizing Core Services (Mortgage, Insurance), Charitable contributions & Safety.
