Daily Duties at Basic Research:
Manage manufacturers based off negotiated multilevel cost-tiered pricing, lead time, MOQ’s, quality and speed of service. Source and purchase all packaging elements for over three dozen individual products sold into retail stores and online channels. Obtain packaging to provide marketing with desired look for product presentation to retailers and product launches. Work with dozens of contract manufactures for capsules, tablets, bulk powders and packaging components. Assist R&D and QA in procuring raw materials for manufacturer’s use in meeting product specifications. Organize and arrange deliveries of products from manufacturers to arrive in conjunction with work order schedule.
