Second level dealer representative for Caterpillar truck dealers in Southeast Texas, including contractual concerns. Second level dealer representative for Caterpillar marine dealers in Southeast Texas, including contractual concerns. Conduct regular calls on marine and truck dealers to maintain positive relationships and address any needs that may arise. Staff and train repair shop to meet OEM and industry standards Staff and train parts department to meet OEM and industry standards Full Profit and Loss responsibility for the location Directed staff of 6 support personnel and 21 technicians including disciplinary measures as required. Supervised change of business model from truck repair to engine repair
