Daily Duties at Joyce Corp.:
In charge for the whole Sales Operation outside USA. Brought the largest Projects (over $20 Mil) in company's history within the first year. Took Joyce outside US and generated Sales overseas. 10X the Sales Revenue coming from outside US. Set up distribution in Europe, Middle East and India Led the Acquisitions strategy for Europe expansion. Identified the trendsetter ideas by researching industries and related events, publications, and announcements. Led the online sales strategy and Lead generating plan to grow the company overseas. Training the Agents & Distributors on the product lines plus consulting New Sales Development. Periodically SWOT analyze the territory and in so doing, recognize in order to capitalize those Strengths & Opportunities, whilst at the same time subjugate in order to mitigate those Weaknesses & Threats.
