In addition to leading digital transformation many digital transformation projects, advanced over the course of four technology roles at a US global IT company providing a wide variety of hardware components, software and related services to consumers, businesses, and large enterprises. Direct change management initiatives by aligning IT projects with business objectives while managing 40 direct-reporting staff members. Spearhead project management efforts from inception through to completion. Gather requirements, initiate strategic planning, and control project specs with an adhoc team of business experts and IT resources to deliver all projects by established deadlines and within budget constraints.
