Recruited by the founding CEO for start-up planning, global treasury, plus related operations, and capital structuring, funding syndicate negotiations and financial KPI management. Directed all treasury operations and activities including budgeting, performance design/ monitoring and also risk/liquidity management covering six business units in four countries.
