• Managed all activities central to CEO, executive team and investor initiatives helping to prioritize issues by leading from behind • Troubleshooter for CEO between and among cross-functional staff and outside professionals • Created and coordinated capital fundraising activities for company’s initial public stock offering • Developed business and strategic plans in coordination with CEO, executive team and staff • Created and maintained cross-departmental relationships to support CEO’s success • Strategic management of CEO’s time evaluating opportunities and priorities • Oversee and report to CEO on the ongoing progress of projects and operations
