Daily Duties at Promontory Financial :
As a subject matter expert in Compliance and BSA/AML programs, I was called upon to assist global financial institutions in determining why their programs were found to be deficient by Federal Regulators.Once deficiencies were identified, I spearheaded the restructuring of the banks compliance program including AML/BSA transaction monitoring, investigating and reporting. I was involved in the implementation of know your client (KYC) and enhanced due diligence reviews conducted on newly on-boarded clients as well as periodic reviews of existing clients.
