Comprehensive management of in-house loan servicing team consisting of supervisor, interim delinquency collectors, and escrow and insurance specialists. Formulated and provided strategic direction to outside counsel to successfully resolve foreclosures, bankruptcies, and other litigation matters and regulatory complaints, primarily involving various mortgage regulations, including TILA and RESPA cases. Exhibited effective leadership skills in maximizing the productivity and success of multiple departments as (A) Loan Servicing Manager, (B) Law Department Supervisor and (C) Risk and Insurance Manager.
