Judiciously utilize mortgage and legal experience to advise key executives and managers of optimal strategy to resolve legal issues involving regulatory compliance, loan servicing, foreclosure and bankruptcy, litigation, title claims, repurchase demands, loss exposure, quality control and employment issues. Effective liaison with secondary investors to resolve post-sale issues. Manage Servicing Department and pro-actively provide critical legal counsel to support operations, compliance, HR and to resolve problem loan issues and pending or potential litigation. Audit and closely supervise sub-servicer via real-time access to loan servicing systems, including resolution of loan payment, escrow, GSE compliance, and insurance issues.
