Sr. Wholesale Underwriter (2013-2014 / 2016 to 2018) • Underwrite conforming loan products completing income analysis, credit review, fraud review, and underwriter appraisal review. • Products: FHA | Conforming Loans, High Balance Conforming Loans, HARP loans (Freddie Mac / Fannie Mae) | Non-Prime Product and Jumbo Loans Secondary Marketing Ops Manager / Supervisor / Post-Closing Manager (2014-2016) • Manage a team responsible for the sale of closed loan files to investors. Created reporting and processes for measuring and monitoring Secondary Marketing Representatives.
