Managed one of the first and largest branches in Saint Louis, MO for Hertz Local Edition. Directly responsible for growing the market share through making and sustaining relationships with body shop, dealership, and insurance accounts. Trained and motivated staff to consistently outperform the sales expectations of the region. Provided superior service to customers and referral sources to ensure repeat business. Manage multiple operations of the branch from fleet management to inside and outside sales and training, in order to continually maximize the revenue.
