Onstar Work Values

Daily Duties at Onstar:

Responsible for salespeople getting customers engaged with the Onstar system by doing a proper delivery and following up with customers after delivery. Train and motivate salespeople to perform above the goals. Show the features and benefits of Onstar to be used as a selling tool for GM salespeople. Explain advantages of getting customers engaged for the dealerships/salespeople/General Motors short term and long term. The processes that are measured are Online Enrollments, Welcome Call, Hands Free Calling, and XM Radio.
