Daily Duties at Avis Budget Group:

Directly managed the daily, weekly, and monthly Sales/Operation strategy for 10 locations in Michigan consisting of a 125 employee staff. Completed and conducted extensive sales management training including Front Line Leadership, Professional Selling Skills, Coaching for Results, and Khoury Training. Supervised and trained all counter sales agents and location Managers on up-selling, features vs. benefits, building rapport and closing using the Khoury Training Curriculum. Managed all operations and sales accountability data and organized weekly, monthly, and P/L reports for the Region. Responsible for organizing and directing all activities related to rental and servicing of vehicles to maximize revenue and growth; supervising and developing managers and associates’ and helping to resolve customer complaints, union and labor issues. Worked to assure quality standards, and maintain location profitability by reviewing daily model/pricing information and weekly reports. Independently developed solid business to business relationships with local accounts to increase market share and also managed customer relation issues to insure superior customer satisfaction Increased profit performance by 557% over 2008 business profitability plan and 276% over prior year profit performance.
