Daily Duties at Gerdau:

Supervise routine process of running the Heat Treat Cell including Stand Alone Buffer (SAB) and Finishing Conditioning. Coordinate with maintenance to ensure prompt and effective diagnosis of equipment failures to minimize downtime and costly work stoppages. Report KPI’s and conducting deviation analysis. Evaluate production/maintenance problems and take the necessary actions to maintain efficiency, safety, quality and cost effectiveness.
