Worked directly with White House Communications Agency leadership to identify problems that were experiencing, developing and validating the problem into a requirement for the development team to build solution, testing solution to ensure that met client's requirements, drafting documentation (training/implementation) to accompany the solution and finally delivering the completed solution and provide life cycle support.
