Daily Duties at Qualcomm:
Built Core Board Support Package (BSP) Program management team and enabled 400 engineers to deliver on all active products in roadmap. Core BSP included the following teams: Security, Boot, Storage, Kernel, Debug & Tools, Diagnostics, Clocks and PMIC. Designed a transition plan to align Security team with Core BSP. • Led and reported on parallel and complex SnapDragon programs by managing progress, addressing schedule and priority issues promptly and driving team to meet all goals, KPIs and deadlines. • Achieved unified program execution and reporting by creating efficient processes and templates for technical teams across multiple geographies, standardizing management of the following: schedule and dependencies, technology reporting, risks and issues, change and budget / cost. • Partnered with product management to create Security PRD for “requirements” to “deliverables” traceability purposes. • Solidified Security team dependencies management process to minimize schedule delays. • Collaborated with Security engineers, identifying, tracking and delivering Security features per schedule (hardware root of trust, secure boot, QSEE/trustzone, code signing, content protection, authentication, key provisioning). • Delivered MSM7625, MSM7626 and MSM7627 chipset programs on time and on goal as Target Program Manager by partnering with all software teams, hardware team, Customer Engineering, senior management, and Microsoft to quickly identify and address programs risks and issues.
