Communicated with airlines to assess business development opportunities prior to developing an integrated statistical analysis solution that optimized aircraft maintenance. Developed Statistical Analysis for Scheduled Maintenance Optimization (SASMO) that included enhancing fleet reliability, developing cost-management models, and quantifying optimum aircraft maintenance intervals resulting in new OEM service offering and patents: • Gibbons / Boeing patents: #8,694,196 (04/08/14) and #8,340,854 (12/25/12).
