Staffing and training up to 80 employees on a newly developed resort property in Gulf Shores, Al. Developed menus for food, wine, and specialty drinks. Opened 3 more food outlets on the property. Profit and Loss statements were controlled and action plan put in place to correct issues. High quality standards with food, service, and sanitation.
