Daily Duties at At&T:

Network Planning, Design, Implementation, Operations and Maintenance,Equipment Engineering • Planned, designed, deployed and administered the first and biggest ATM over Microwave network in the Caribbean supporting mobile to land voice traffic between AT&T and LEC by creating five Point of Interconnection (POI) and building a 13 node bilateral ATM ring. Generated $500k annual savings due to bypass of LEC toll charges and voice compression of long distance traffic to the US. • Launched 2G GSM wireless technology in Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands by delivering above 1,600 TDM cell site backhaul and core circuits to serve above 1M mobile customers using microwave and/or fiber networks. • Projects – VoATM POI with LEC, FSO testing, WCS MW
