Took community transformation initiatives and exceeded KPIs under defined budget and timeline. • Commanded startup operations of project in difficult zones, such as Liberia, Rwanda, Southern Sudan, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Central African Republic for providing clean water. • Enlarged operations from two nations to 16 nations throughout Africa for better standards of peoples. • Developed operational budget from $300K to $12M to manage daily activities. • Delivered clean safe water project to improve health standards of 10M plus peoples.
