• As a past GEOINT analyst, I specialize in discovering MASINT data within acquisition programs, identification of specific Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) dependencies and translating these as requirements into Life-cycle Mission Data Plans (LMDPs) with sufficient specificity to allow intelligence production centers (IPC's) to assess their ability to meet the requirements. • Serve as a Source Throughput analyst for Global Plans & Strategies Branch (SMIG), GEOINT Sources Integration Division (S-3). Track and record all commercial imagery activity to the NSG libraries, Commercial Satellite Imagery Library (CSIL), and other National libraries. • Researched and complied Information Needs (INs) from various intelligence disciplines that address a specific list of Essential Elements of Information (EEI) created by Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) analysts, intended to satisfy known intelligence gaps regarding countries and C2L (Command Control and Logistics) components. • Served as a Lead Commercial Source Analyst for the Middle East, Europe, and Africa Division (MEEA) and the Source Fusion Center Team Lead. Directly responsible for tasking and creating procedures related to commercial imagery using Production Management Alternate Architecture (PMAA) database and Geospatial Information Management Services (GIMS) database. Supported all USA agencies, to include FBI, CIA, DIA, NSA, and others; including most non-DoD entities (U.S Forest Service, FEMA, and more). I also developed collection planning and tasking for Commercial assets using ArcGIS database. • Served as an NGA Watch occupant and imagery analyst; attended training to developed and train other members the Precision Fire System, using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) flight tests demonstrated that this system reduced processing time and significantly improved time-tagging of digital imagery from Global Positioning System information. • Served as the Lead Airborne Collection Manager for Middle East Central Asia Division (MECA). I was the interface between CENTCOM, EUCOM, and other theater commands that created airborne requests using Planning Tool for Research, Synchronization and Management (PRISM). • As a Source Strategic Analyst (SSA), prepared and disseminated imagery products and requests over secure transmission devices to authorized consumers from NGA, NSA, DIA, NATO, and other defense intelligence providers.
