Performed target audience needs analyses to design, develop, implement, and evaluate effective instructor-led and web-based eLearning courses for Canon’s third-party Dealer Field Technicians. By attending these courses, Dealer Field Technicians practiced job-related performance skills for implementing, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Canon’s Business Enterprise and Production copiers and printers. Created new certification programs to qualify Dealer Instructors and Field Technicians to successfully support Canon products to reduce Dealers’ service expenses by thousands of dollars while maintaining the highest in customer satisfaction: • Canon’s ATSP (Association of Technical Service Professionals) • ATP (Authorized Training Providers)
