Daily Duties at Sun National Bank:
As a Business relationship manager my objectives were to develop business by generating new loan production with a goal of $5.0 Million and new deposit growth with a goal of $5.0 Million annually. Work closely with branch managers to identify opportunities by performing joint calls and appointments to offer product expertise and to supplement their knowledge of the bank's lending guidelines. Managed a portfolio of 75 existing customers with current loans and deposit accounts, met with them on a quarterly basis to identify additional needs and to stay abreast of any industry and company changes. Communicate bank wide changes with existing business clients. Partnered with cash management to offer full services to our clients and to win accounts in competitive environments. Demonstrate credit knowledge and general accounting principles to have deeper discussions about cash flow analysis, gaps, and year over year discrepancies.
