TD Store Managers are expected to manage the in branch operations and also development business in the market by being present at community events to create Brand awareness and networking opportunities. Managers are expected to manage the service measurement goals as well as the sales revenue goals, training and employee development is also a must at this performance organization. Manage expenses and overall profit and loss for the branch as well as operational excellence.
