Daily Duties at Calsonic Kansei North America:
Manage All aspects of the EDI systems. Reported to the IT Director. Worked with internal sales, purchasing, production control, accounting, shipping and receiving to plan, design develop, test, implement and maintain the EDI systems. Provided education / training and assistance to all departments. Cross functional and multicultural experience. Worked with the customer base to define and implement their EDI specifications into the company’s EDI / ERP systems. Worked with suppliers to help them setup the company’s EDI specifications into the supplier’s system. Experience with GXS and Liaison (VAN) as well as ftp, sftp, VPN and AS2 (RSSBus). Worked with the vendors on contracts and maintenance. 19 + years in the manufacturing environment.
