Daily Duties at Pics Inventory:
Responsible for directing all of the personnel functions for a 1,000 employee, multi-state organization in accordance with the policies and practices of PICS Inventory. Monitors the ethical and social consciences of business and society, labor laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities. Also responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the organization with the best people talent available and to position the organization as the employer of choice by being aware of policies, practices and trends within the industry. o Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations. o Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
