Directed the activities involved in the efficient movement of food products including; receipt, transfer, storage, product packaging. Restructured inventory control measures, significantly reduced food waste and streamlined food product distribution. o Daily hands on oversite ensuring all distribution was efficiently transported and delivered in accordance with all food safety standards and DOT guidelines. o Cultivated strong relationships with partner community and government agencies including, but not limited to food donors, agency partners, Food Bank Council of Michigan, Feeding America, etc.
