Strategically and tactically reorganized and coordinated daily production, personnel assignments, and facility operations, to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing of injection-molded products. Directed and managed the production processes, warehouse and shipping, purchasing and budgeting, long-term facilities planning, and product development. Worked directly with Sales and Research & Development teams for new product launch and process implementation. o Developed strategic overview for existing facility maintenance requirements and facility modifications necessitated for projected company growth over 1, 3, and 5 years planned growth. o Restructured warehousing layout, product distribution, and shipping processes to optimize the pick, pack, and ship functions, which resulted in an 25% reduction in order processing time.
