as Employee Relations Manager with one Specialist reporting to me, we are responsible for approximately 2,000 employees regarding conflict resolution, contract negotaiton and daily contract administration: discipline, grievances, arbitration. Also responsible for ADA program, Work Comp cases, Unemployment charges, etc.
