Daily Duties at Level 3 Corporation:
Oversaw the accurate recording of P&L account activity for a $40M annual run rate and creating $1M of new contract revenue each month in central and eastern NC. Directed team activities of forty sales, operations, engineers, and support staff. Specific work activities included drafting proposals for national and global network and Cloud solutions, actively engaging in local events to market services, and maintaining the operational integrity of over 400 miles of local fiber networks. Set sales revenue, new customer acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction goals.
