I led a team of 20 physicians, CRNAs, nurses, and administrative professionals to provide women's health services. Managed appointment calendars, created staff schedules, and coordinated daily patient flow. Coordinated with nursing teams to provide patient information on testing results, pre-operative instructions, and reproductive health counseling. Engaged with the Medical Director to advance process improvement initiatives as part of the quality assurance team. Fostered community outreach activities, representing clinic in public health events and delivering presentations to communicate organization's mission. Promoted patient empowerment by ensuring provision of accurate information to enable informed decision making.
