Daily Duties at My Auto Solutions, Inc.:
Managed several business programs from 1) managing seven eBay accounts worth over $11M, streamlining accounts and eliminating penalties by developing one “flagship” account with over 3,000 listings; 2) strategically transformed outdated website to three single-source, database-integrated websites with accompanying social media sites by coordinating, hiring consultants and reviewing associated public content, video scripting and final media placement; 3) Developed new product sales lines that produced immediate and recognizable sales growth; 4) facilitated hiring of two different tax consulting groups, one for payroll, financial and tax planning resulting in a hassle-free (legal-free and penalty free) tax season and the other group an R&D Tax consultant group yielding a $180K in tax breaks for FYs ‘12-14; 5) Developed the call-center’s online help desk resource system with technical questions and answers for over 3,000 SKUs; 6) Restructured the business’ physical layout to triple usable space thereby minimizing shipping and receiving errors while maximizing the efficiency and speed of the entire operation reducing hourly-employees overtime from 100% working 45+hours per week to less than 5% of all employees working any overtime; 7) Optimized logistics requirements for shipping department by compiling all items into a database for future automation; 8) Developed management system for all new additional task requirements associated with new products, initiating these new processes for business growth while again, eliminating the need for overtime or any new hires; 9) Developed the company’s Employee Rubrics Guide (similar to a SOW) defining every job duty’s parameters of success, detailing fairness, and measurements for fair promotions (similar to a SOO); and lastly 10) Assisted in the development and refinement of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Tracking & Reporting Tools used to gauge My affiliation with MyAirbags, Inc. is longstanding, having existed prior to becoming a LLC and I worked as a consultant there since 2007 and continue as a consultant presently.
