Daily Duties at Al Raha Group For Technical Services (Rgts):
➢ Establish coordination between Warehouse Logisticians, IT, Warehouse Managers, and RGTS Deputy Managers to analyze and troubleshoot stakeholders’ data management processes and database systems within the supply chain with the overall goal of data risk mitigation and better integration between three different database systems. ➢ Analyze and troubleshoot database and data reporting errors occurring between our U.S. warehouse, our Saudi finance and Program offices. ➢ As a program analyst ensure proper inventory documentation and data metrics reporting, documentation and synchronization for the FMS Supply Chain is on time and in compliance with USG requirements. ➢ Track and report vendor and warehouse performance for regularly required USG reports. ➢ Coordinate with engineers, supply logistics and depot command team to ensure that the proper sustainment of the newest F-15SA program is on time with adequate and sustainable quantities of parts on the full complement of major component systems, spares and support equipment. ➢ Liaise between the USG and the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF), analyze, report and troubleshoot the F-15SA deliverables of over 15,000 pieces of Support Equipment and Spare Parts from Vendors to our Warehouse in McDonough GA to KSA while meeting the reporting and time requirements of the USG in Warner Robins, and USAF FMS Program Management Team. ➢ Provide oversight, analysis, communication and updates on the program’s current and future success.
