Chosen as test market for $ 12 million company re-image project which resulted in double digit positive sales growth and increased guest satisfaction scores by 20+%. ● Successfully executed re-image efforts consisting of roll-out of company test initiatives, management restructuring, construction project management and implementation, and service improvements. Driver of implementation and integration of new company procedures in multiple test locations.
