Managed product line of 5 handsets for US, Canada, and Latin America from definition stage through development, testing, approval and production. • Improved time-to-market by 10 weeks for SL56 handset while driving implementation of new features / technology requests by operators. • Led cross-functional teams in US, Germany, India and China through milestone development, Inter-operability / field / carrier testing and approval processes with T-Mobile, Cingular, AT&T, Fido, and Rogers. • Improved user experience by analyzing and incorporating customer feedback into new projects. • Enhanced software quality by instituting various process improvement initiatives for code reviews, requirement gathering, change / risk management, and defect tracking.
