Managed operations and sales for multiple business units consisting of up to 500 furnished apartments and homes throughout 50+ buildings in Orange County and the Inland Empire. Responsible for inside and outside sales management, P&L, revenue management, strategic business planning, customer satisfaction, administration, employee motivation and training, vendor relations, inter-department collaboration, and operations, supervising 50 associates.
