Wrote several executive speeches, wrote and edited monthly project newsletters, successfully managed IT operations, successfully managed 94 unionized clerical employees with 5 reporting supervisors. Key contact with The Commonwealth of Massachusetts office of telecommunications management successfully migrated The Commonwealth's monthly bill from 14 reels of magnetic tape to 1 cassette.
