Daily Duties at Reliance Communications Ltd.:
Heading TAC team (Subject Matter Experts) for Charging Systems (Intelligent Network/Prepaid platforms & products) Responsible for coordinating with Vendor, Planning and Business teams for efficient and timely execution of projects, solution implementation & product launches Providing technical assistance to O&M team, which includes software upgrades, traffic & signaling management, new services deployments and performance analysis Handling Call processing issues and trace analysis of ISUP, IS-41, IS-826 and WIN Messages Responsible to implement the repair procedure in coordination with vendor’s technical support Coordinating with Core, RAN, STP, Mediation, Transport, Provisioning, Server Support and data access n/w departments to resolve complex network issues Track the performance of HLR, IN, SMSC & MSC to take necessary action to ensure 100% uptime
