Daily Duties at Net Enrich:
Responsible for analysis of customer systems for early identification of possible issues. Collaborate directly with client to ensure customer requirements are completed to satisfaction. Facilite communication between client and engineer for incident resolution as well as new client onboarding. Incorporated industry standards and best practices into SOP’s for engineering team. Supervision of ticketing system to ensure tasks are completed within contracted SLA requirements. Produce documentation for onboarding and upgrading client systems. Maintain required FCC and ITIL documentation. Supervise databases of hardware and software EOL/ EOS.
