Daily Duties at Ametek:

Responsible for leading continuous improvement efforts by challenging conventional thinking, establishing and monitoring metrics and building a workforce that utilizes Six Sigma tools and Toyota Production System philosophies. Responsible to evaluate, recommend and lead projects and teams with opportunities to reduce COPQ, DPU, cycle time and other process improvements. Responsible to develop, implement, mentor and train program team members on process improvement, Lean techniques to eliminate waste, Six Sigma Methodologies to reduce variation and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) for process and product development.
